ITINERARY:

Hotel pick ups are between 7:40am and 10:00am. Please be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

It’s just a short half hour drive to Xel-Ha, where you’ll hike, swim, snorkel, relax and enjoy the beauty of the underwater world in this pristine paradise.

Food and beverages are included at all 5 restaurants serving Mexican, International and fast food as well as snacks and ice cream.

We’ll leave Xel-ha at closing time, 5:00 pm.

• Only biodegradable sunblock is permitted. Your sunscreen must be clearly marked as PABA Free, Oil-Free, and Biodegradable. The chemicals oxybenzone, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, or the preservative butylparaben are all proven to damage coral reefs. If you’re not sure if your sunscreen is safe, it can be purchased at the park for about $15 US.
• Travel light wearing a swimsuit and comfortable clothes/shoes. We recommend wearing shoes for the natural rock walkways.
• Towels, locker and snorkeling equipment are provided.
• We recommend bringing decongestant just in case as it can be uncomfortable or dangerous to dive if you become congested and Dramamine is recommended for those sensitive to sea sickness. Each should be taken one hour prior to activities.

PICKUP TIME:

Tour time is not actual pick up time. Pick up times vary between 7:40am and 10:00am. Please e-mail your tour confirmation code and desired pickup point to cancuninfo@graylinecancun.com before arriving in Mexico or from within Mexico, call toll free (01 800) 719 5465 at least 48 hours prior to tour departure. You will be given a pickup time range. Please be waiting at the beginning of the time range as your transportation can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes before continuing to the next stop.
