SHUTTLE:

Our shuttle service takes you directly from Cancun International Airport to the Playa Del Carmen Dock where you’ll board our ferry to Cozumel (includes ferry ticket). Transportation from the pier in Cozumel to your hotel is not included in this package. As the official transportation provider of Cancun International Airport, we’re easy to find with booths inside the international terminal, many representatives outside and more than 150 new vehicles proudly displaying the Gray Line Blue Diamond logo.

Shuttle transportation from the airport to the Playa del Carmen dock takes approximately 1 hour followed by Ferry service to Cozumel taking approximately 45 minutes.

Each of our friendly, professional drivers are English speaking. Don’t risk ruining your vacation by traveling with an unauthorized company. We are known as the local expert for a reason.

If you book round-trip transportation on the way back from Cozumel, you must enter the time you’d like to be picked up at Playa Del Carmen after taking the ferry. Remember to add 45 minutes to your departure time from Cozumel. Pick up at Playa del Carmen at your selected time will be in front of the dockside Senior Frog’s.

Shuttle service is available from 8 AM to 8 PM
